The recipe that I have shared with you today for cooking sweet pumpkin, the method of which I have learned while cooking at my in-laws' house. When I was cooking the sweet pumpkin one day, my aunt and uncle came to our house. She told me this method, that is, her mother used to cook this way, and my grandmother and uncle used to fry sweet pumpkin in this way, which made it very delicious. That is, today's recipe is taught by my grandmother and uncle. I have heard from everyone that she was very interesting and could cook in different ways. I have never seen her, I always listen to her from everyone.
She used to use sugar while frying sweet pumpkin, which makes this dish even more interesting. One day, I was cooking, when my aunt and uncle said, "Cook with a little sugar, it will be very fun to eat." I also cooked with sugar, and it was much more delicious to eat. Your cooking recipe has become a very favorite recipe for me. I like to make it but it is very fun to eat.
Sweet pumpkin is a nutritious and beneficial vegetable. It is not only delicious, but also has many benefits for the body. Sweet pumpkin contains beta carotene, vitamins C, E, potassium, fiber, antioxidants, etc. Which is very beneficial for our body. Sweet pumpkin contains a lot of beta carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body. It is very beneficial for the eyes and helps prevent night blindness. How to make:-
First, I cut the sweet pumpkin into very small pieces. Cutting the sweet pumpkin into small pieces makes it much easier to fry.
Then I cleaned the cut pieces thoroughly with water. Cleanliness is very important when it comes to cooking.
Now I will start with the cooking method, so first I would heat a pan on the stove. Then I would add the required amount of oil.
Now, when the oil in the pan is hot, I will add the finely chopped onions. After adding the onions, I fry them in the oil for a while.
At this stage, I added 4-5 raw chilies to the pan. After adding the chilies, I fried them together for a while.
Now I added a small amount of garlic paste to the pan. After adding the garlic paste, I fried everything together for a while.
After frying all the ingredients in the pan for a while, I will add a little salt at this stage. I mixed everything together with salt.
At this stage, I added the previously cut, cleaned and washed sweet pumpkins. I added all the sweet pumpkins to the pan together.
Then, taking a lot of time on my hands, I slowly started stirring all the sweets and fried them for a while.
To make the sweet pumpkin a little more colorful, I added a little turmeric powder to the sweet pumpkin at this stage. I mixed it well with the turmeric powder.
Now I added a little sugar to the sweet pumpkin. Adding sugar gives it a little different flavor and it tastes very good.
