Crepes & Waffles es un restaurante que conocí en Bogotá, en el que degusté unas deliciosas preparaciones durante mi viaje. No fui muchas veces, porque los restaurantes estaban en centros comerciales y no siempre teníamos tiempo de dirigirnos a estos sitios. Sin embargo, las dos veces que fui pude probar cosas ricas.
Uno de los platos, fue un crepé salado mexicano, que tenía pollo y aguacate, y una salsa negra que nunca me enteré que era. No fue mi favorito pero fue un tema más de texturas, no me gustó mucho este de una "panquecas salada". Pero la verdad es que no esperaba que el pollo fuerte desmenuzado, y no me gusta esa presentación del pollo.
Por otro lado, me comí la ensalada mas exquisita que me he comido en mi vida. deliciosa, la vinagreta era dulzona, algo que me encanta. El queso mozzarella en su punto, tenía champiñones, tenía tomates asados. Divina. Me encantó.
Me gustó mucho el ambiente y la atención, la mayoría de la carta es health, include te señalaban los agentes alérgeno que tenían y oos picantes. Tenís opción de pedir tus platillos gluten free, eso me hizo feliz. Volvería solo por la ensalada.
Crepes & Waffles is a restaurant that I knew in Bogota, where I tasted some delicious preparations during my trip. I did not go many times, because the restaurants were in shopping malls and we did not always have time to go to these places. However, the two times I went I was able to taste delicious things.
One of the dishes, was a Mexican savory crepe, which had chicken and avocado, and a black sauce that I never found out what it was. It wasn't my favorite but it was more of a texture thing, I didn't really like this one of a "salty pancake". But the truth is that I didn't expect the strong shredded chicken, and I don't like that presentation of the chicken.
On the other hand, I had the most exquisite salad I have ever eaten in my life. Delicious, the vinaigrette was sweet, something I love. The mozzarella cheese was just right, it had mushrooms, it had roasted tomatoes. It was divine. I loved it.
I really liked the ambiance and the service, most of the menu is health, they include the allergens they have and the spicy ones. I had the option to order your dishes gluten free, that made me happy. I would go back just for the salad.
