Hello fellow cooks! Today I want to show you how I made a great pineapple cake recipe to start my own business. And yes, this is a simple and convenient way to prepare this dessert since the aluminum tray serves both as a baking pan and a container—two in one! I thought it was an easy way to begin my venture, and tell me, who doesn't love pineapple cake? It's irresistible!

Ingredientes/Ingredients

- Una piña ya picada en rodajas
- 500 gramos de harina de trigo
- 500 gramos de azúcar
- 250 gramos de mantequilla
- 4 huevos
- 5 bandejas de aluminio
- One pineapple, already sliced
- 500 grams of wheat flour
- 500 grams of sugar
- 250 grams of butter
- 4 eggs
- 5 aluminum baking trays
Paso a paso/Step by step

Paso 1️⃣
Step 1️⃣
I started by cooking the pineapple briefly to soften it and also to obtain pineapple syrup to use as juice for the cake batter. I didn't add sugar to the syrup, only water. I did this step in advance because the syrup needs to be cold.

Paso 2️⃣
Step 2️⃣
For this step, I separated the egg whites from the yolks, then added the sugar and then the egg whites I had already separated, into a bowl to start mixing everything. I did this until I had a fluffy mixture.

Paso 3️⃣
Step 3️⃣
Then I added the egg yolks and butter, and mixed until well combined.

Paso 4️⃣
Step 4️⃣
Now all I had to do was add the wheat flour and the syrup. I added everything little by little so as not to saturate the mixture and lose its fluffiness.

Paso 5️⃣
Step 5️⃣
I had already prepared the trays for this step, but first I had to make the caramel. I made the caramel with one cup of sugar and half a cup of water, and let it caramelize. Then I added the caramel to the trays, followed by the pineapple, and finally the mixture, which I placed on top using a soup spoon to control the amount. I baked them for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Final de la receta/End of recipe
Once the cakes were ready, I let them cool before turning them over so the pineapple was on top. And that's it, friends! This recipe and fun project is finished. The amount of batter was just enough for 5 trays, which is great for starting my first sale. Thanks for joining me today for this post.
