Hello everyone, fellow Hive cooks! Today I want to show you how I made a simple and easy homemade pizza. It's basically the easiest and most economical recipe, perfect for when you're craving a snack or dinner. It's a real lifesaver and filling enough to leave you satisfied. I made this pizza using baking powder in the dough because I wanted to try that different way of making it soft.
Ingredientes/Ingredients

- 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
- 1/2 de cucharadita de sal
- 2 cucharadas de aceite
- 1cucharada de azúcar
- Una taza de agua tibia
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup warm water

- 1 tomate
- La mitad de un pimentón
- Orégano
- Sal
- Jamón
- Queso
- Aceite al gusto
- 1 tomato
- Half a bell pepper
- Oregano
- Salt
- Ham
- Cheese
- Oil to taste
Preparación/Preparation

Paso 1
Step 1
In a bowl, first place the dry ingredients: the flour and baking powder. Add them first and stir. Then add the sugar and salt, and mix them in as well. Next, make a well in the center of the flour and add the oil and warm water. Knead everything for 5 minutes, or until the dough is smooth. Then let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Paso 2
Step 2
Then while the dough rested I started making the sauce, so I blended the tomato, and then I went to cook it in a pan with a little oil and I added the oregano to the oil and then the tomato, I seasoned it with salt and let it cook until it thickened.

Paso 3
Step 3
When the dough was ready, I proceeded to spread it on a greased tray, and with a fork I made several marks so that the pizza would cook evenly, then I added the sauce, the ham, grated cheese and the paprika last.

Paso 4
Step 4
Then I put it in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes at medium heat. Once it was nicely browned, I removed it from the oven and let it rest for a moment before slicing it into portions.

The pizza was enough for four people, which is just my family and me, but it easily serves five. I hope this recipe is helpful. Thanks for visiting this post, see you next time!
