Hello everyone, how are you all doing on this Saturday? I'm happy to be here today to show you how my little tray cake business has been progressing, and it was time to make a chocolate cake. Today, I'm not only going to show you how I've been progressing, but I'm also going to show you how I make the chocolate cakes. Follow along with the preparation and the final result.

Ingredientes/Ingredients

- 500 gramos de harina de trigo
- 600 gramos de azúcar
- 250 gramos de mantequilla
- 50 gramos de cacao en polvo
- 40 gramos de Maizena
- 1 litro de leche
- Vainilla
- 4 huevos
- Polvo de hornear
- Chispas de chocolate
- 5 bandejitas de aluminio
- 500 grams of wheat flour
- 600 grams of sugar
- 250 grams of butter
- 50 grams of cocoa powder
- 40 grams of cornstarch
- 1 liter of milk
- Vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- Baking powder
- Chocolate chips
- 5 aluminum baking trays
Paso a paso/Step by step

Paso 1
Step 1
I started by preparing the butter and sugar mixture, adding the amount to the bowl as needed, and began mixing everything well until it became a smooth and fluffy mixture.

Paso 2
Step 2
Then I added the eggs and a tablespoon of vanilla, and continued mixing everything until the ingredients were well combined.

Paso 3
Step 3
Now it's time to add the wheat flour and the milk. I sifted the flour and added a tablespoon of baking powder at once, and then added everything gradually, not too constantly, because otherwise the fluffy effect might be lost.

Paso 4
Step 4
For this step I added the cocoa powder.

Paso 5
Paso 5
Next, I greased the baking trays with butter and added cocoa powder instead of wheat flour. I poured the cake batter into each tray, using the same amount, and it was enough for all 5 trays. Then I placed them in the oven at medium heat and let them bake until a toothpick inserted into the center came out clean.

Paso 6
Step 6
Then I made the mixture for the filling and frosting. I made a chocolate mixture with the remaining half liter of milk, 40 grams of cornstarch, 100 grams of sugar, and the remaining cocoa powder. I put everything in a saucepan and heated it over low heat, stirring until I got a thick, smooth mixture. To fill the cakes, I had to let them cool completely before unmolding them. Then I sliced them in half. I placed one half on a baking sheet, added the filling, then placed the other half of the cake on top. I added a little more of the chocolate mixture on top for decoration and sprinkled it with chocolate chips. I repeated this process with each cake.
Resultado final/Bottom line

And so, friends, these delicious cakes are ready! I hope you liked the recipe and the idea of making these cakes this way. I like it this way because the trays serve a dual purpose: you can bake them and then they also act as the packaging. It's very practical. Thank you all for joining me today. I hope you enjoyed this post.
