May I become a dedicated soul when the kahari of meat full of flavor and aroma is on the plate.Although we eat this meat with wrist dip in various festivals and events. However, you can make this mutton karahi at home to change the taste a little. It is deliciously cooked as well as makes it attractive to eat. I think like me you are also interested in eating mutton. Honestly everyone in my family loves to eat this mutton karahi.
So I cook this mutton karahi twice a week. Because I like to eat it too. So I like to cook this mutton with my own hands. But you have to believe that I can cook a variety of dishes and the cooking is very tasty. Everyone appreciates my cooking. Basically I learned cooking from my mother and my grandmother. They taught me how to cook so that I could cook. I love that I can present delicious dishes to my family.And I want to present each of my dishes to you. So let's start the Mutton Karahi recipe
Ingredients:
★800 grams of mutton
★1 cup chopped onion
★3 tablespoons of ginger paste
★3 tablespoons garlic paste
★2 tablespoons of cumin powder
★1 joy fruit (used to deodorise mutton)
★4 tablespoons of salt
★2 tbsp turmeric powder
★3 tbsp red chili powder
★4 white cardamoms
★2 black cardamoms
★3 cinnamon sticks
★2 bay leaves
★1/2 tsp long pepper powder
★As much olive oil as possible

Method:
First I bought the meat from the market and washed it with clean water and boiled it with a little turmeric and drained the water. This will remove the smell of the meat.

Put the frypan on induction and put the onion and bay leaf in it with oil
Once the onion turns brown, add the cooked meat
