I hope you all are well and are trying to spend your life through delicious and nutritious food.After eating light breakfast in the morning, I try to eat heavy food at noon and must be delicious and nutritious.I always try to make lunch a little deliciously. Because we eat rice food at noon and eat light food again at night. That's why today I cooked biryani with beef for all of my family.It is a delicious and mouthful food that all of my family likes to eat it and a little more spicy food. Occasionally we try to eat biryani within a week because in the rest of the week we eat rice along with rice.
Because I have already become very fat. Because I am trying to diet.So even if these foods are eliminated, the mind wants to eat.So despite the ban, I cook these foods for the family.Today I cooked biryani for the afternoon. Although there are many items here. I try to do every cook deliciously. And I love to cook in my own hands. See I cooked biryani today. Ingredients:🍽️🍝🍛
- 1/2 kg beef
- 5 rice cooker cup polar rice
- 2 cup onion
- 2 tblspn Biryani Spice
- 4 bay leaf
- 2 black cardamom
- 4 white cardamom
- 5 cinnamon
- 2 tblspn ginger paste
- 2 tblspn garlic paste
- 2 tblspn cumin paste
- Taste of salt and Turmeric powder
- Amount of soyabin oil
- 10 cup hot water
- 4-5 green chilli
- 1 tblspn red chilli powder

- First I cut the beef on the small pitch and washed well and mixed well with all the ingredients.

- Then add hot water and cook the meat for 20 minutes in induction

- After 20 minutes, I will give the rice into them and add the biriyani spice with them.
- Pour the meat and rice mixture in a rice cooker and cook for another 30 minutes with hot water
- After 30 minutes, see a very delicious biryani made. Since I cooked it in the rice cooker so automatically it has been nice to cook.
- In addition to cooking biryani, I cut the potato round shape and fry the potato with salt, turmeric and red pepper powder well. It has been very tasty and wounded to eat.
- I fry the pointed gourd with Biriyani. Because my son loves to eat pointed gourd fried. And with Biriyani it is very tasty to eat pointed gourd fry. So I fry the potatoes with pointed gourd .
- Above all, I have served with cucumber and lemon with potato fry and pointed gourd fry with biriyani on the plate before lunch. It is actually so great to eat that everyone in my family praised me.
