★1 kg khasi nihari
★3 teaspoons dried pepper powder
★1 cup of onion kuchi
3 white cardamom
★3 black cardamom
★3 cinnamon
★3 tablespoon ginger Pest
★3 tablespoon garlic pest
★4 tablespoon Cumin pest
★2 bay leaf
★1 tea spoon fry cumin powder
★salt & tarmaric powder of test
★amount of cooking oil and water
