Since it’s soft and easy to digest, people of all ages from children to the elderly can enjoy it. It’s also quite nutritious, as it’s made with a combination of different wholesome ingredients. Not only does it taste amazing, but it’s also perfect to have in the morning or any time of the day.

Today, I prepared a special pitha made with semolina.I also used fresh coconut and palm juice, which make the pitha not only delicious but also very nutritious. After soaking it in sugar syrup, the pitha becomes soft, fluffy, and absolutely delightful, something everyone enjoys eating. It can be served as a morning or evening snack, and it’s a perfect treat for guests visiting your home.I made this pitha for my family today, and my son especially loves it. That’s why I try to make it from time to time. So, let’s see how I made this tasty and soft pitha
Ingredient:
Ingredient: 🌺1 and ½ cups semolina (suji)
🌺3 tablespoons palm juice (taal er rosh)
🌺1 cup grated coconut
🌺1 tablespoon butter
🌺3 cups milk
🌺2 green cardamoms
🌺4 cups sugar
🌺Oil (for frying the pitha)
🌺3 cups all-purpose flour (maida) — used while preparing the pitha
🌺4 cups water — for making the sugar syrup

Method:
Method: - First, heat a pan and add butter to it

- Then, add the semolina to the butter and roast it gently until it turns slightly golden

- Now pour the milk into the pan and stir well

- Next, add the grated coconut, palm juice, and sugar to the mixture and stir well.

- While the dough was still warm, I shaped the pithas into my favorite designs. You can see in the photos how I carefully shaped each one.

- Then, I deep-fried the pithas in hot oil until they became perfectly golden and crispy on the outside.

- After frying, I placed the pithas into the warm sugar syrup and let them soak overnight, allowing them to absorb all the sweetness and become soft and juicy.

- Look how beautifully soft and spongy the pithas have turned out after soaking in the sugar syrup. They’re irresistibly sweet and incredibly delicious

- Finally, I served the pithas with Sakura plum in the sweet sugar syrup. They look so soft and tempting! With every bite, you can feel a royal sweetness melting in your mouth — truly a treat to remember
