Hello guys....

How are you all? I hope you are all well and always happy. Nice to meet you all again. I'm back with my interesting and fun story.

This time I'm going to cook haha, it's been a while since I last cooked something, and I'm in the mood to cook. But this time I'm going to cook something easy, namely cooking Cookies.

In my opinion, of all the desserts out there, cookies are one of the easiest to make. They're simple and easy to find, take only a short time to make, and are incredibly delicious.

There are various choices of cookie flavors that can be made, but this time I will just make cookies with chocolate and chocochips.

Ingredients

  • 100 gr butter
  • 1 egg
  • 75 gr brown sugar
  • 175 gr wheat flour
  • 25 gr cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a little salt
  • Chocolate
  • Chocochips

How To Make

  • Add butter and brown sugar, stir until combined.

  • Add egg, stir.

  • Then add the flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir everything together until well combined, making sure not to over-mix.

  • Add chocolate and chocochips, add according to your taste.

  • Shape the dough into balls or flatten them. Then, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let them rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

  • Place in the oven and cook at 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. This time I used a grill oven, but the baking process is more or less the same as with an electric oven.

  • Once cooked, let it rest for a while before transferring it to a plate.

  • And finally my cookies are finished. Soft cookies with melted chocolate.

The cookies taste delicious, the chocolate is sweet and melts in your mouth, very delicious. The dough is soft, stirred and cooked well.

With a very easy and fast way to make it, ingredients that are easy to find, you should try making it.

Okay, that's my activity this time. Thank you for reading my story, see you in my next story~
