Hi guys, walk with me as we prepare a simple but delicious and nutritious meal😊.
My favourite meals had always been vegetables, fruits and the like. And so i decided to make a vegetable sauce and white rice, but this time i had to use dried fish to taste a new recipe 😊.
INGREDIENTS:
Smoked Fish:
Pumpkin leave:
Fresh Tomatoes and Pepper:
Onion:
Maggi/salt/mixed spice:
Vegetable Oil
PROCEDURES:
- I heated my vegetable Oil on fire, added salt, onion and a little maggi, then fried my fish.

I love my fish fried, even though it's already smoked before time.
- Add The Blended Onion and pepper to the oil.
This is me blending my tomatoes, i used manual blender because there was no light when i was cooking.

Allow the tomato to cook till the water gets dried.
Add Maggi And Spice for taste, then allow to cook well.
Add your pumpkin leave.
After thoroughly washing my pumpkin leave, i added it to the and turned well.
Then allowed the vegetable to cook for few seconds, before i adding my fried fish.
I alliwed to cook for just a minute and my vegetable sauce was ready to be eaten.
- The i boiled my rice 😋.
After first parboiling my rice to wash out excessive starch and dirt, i added a little salt and allowed to cook till it was ready for consumption.

There are a lot of ways to make vegetable sauce, but this particular recipe was what i was craving for.
Very easy to prepare and it doesn't require much ingredients.

Like i said previously, i love vegetables because of its nutritional value.
It is rich in vitamins, minerals, calcium, iron, potassium etc. 😋
