Meanwhile how is the whole innuaguration preparation of Present Trump going from your end. From here, i and my people are much excited and expectant for it to come.
So today, i made a nutritious, yummy π and medicinal fruit salad. Trust me, it tastes so nice and also has good nutritional value.
I love fruits and fruit salads a lot, so i make sure i take them often.
The nutritional value of fruits cannot be over emphasized.
Fruits are good in vitamins, minerals and they are good blood building agents and immune boosters too.
If you want to boost your immune system naturally, be addicted to fruits and vegetables.
The good part of it is that, you can't take an overdose of fruits, instead the more the fruits, the better.
A couple of times i had visited the hospital for a checkup, the doctors always advise that i take more fruits and vegetables daily.
The last time i visited the hospital because of an eye defect, the doctor specifically asked me to take more of fruits and vegetables and reduce my intake of drugs, that the vegetables and fruits will help the eyes to heal naturally.
I was so shocked at that prescription, i had to top up my fruits eating game.
So today, i want to share a specially recipe i checked out recently and it came out very nice and tasty π.
I got my fruits from a nearby fruit seller in my street while coming back from a function, the weather was too hot, i needed something so chilly π so i resorted for fruit salad.
Fruit Component:
Cucumber π₯
Watermelon π
Carrot π₯
Citrus π
Cucumba
Nutritional Value of Cucumber π₯:

- Its very low in calories.
So its a good shot π€.
Watermelon

Beetroot is an awesome vegetable to look out for and have some exceptional health benefits to look out for.

It's rich in boosting immune system.

Holandia Milk
My fruits salad is usually not complete with my holandia milk to ganish and nourish.
Method of preparation:
I washed each of the fruits properly
Then i dise each of the fruits into a clean plate gently.
Then i gently poured my hollandia milk on top of the fruits round about, so it touches all fruits in the plate π.
Then my fruit salad is ready to be consumed as seen in the below picture; oh yummy π.

I emjoyed the whole mixture, the taste gives this beautiful feeling while eating it.
