Hey there! after another bomb attacks we dont have ellectric. So we decide make fish on fire! Here is my favorite recipe for mackerel fish on the fire:
First I prepare the fire so that the coals burn well. While the fire is cooking, I rinse two mackerels under cold water to remove the scales, then dry them. I then cut several lengthwise slits on each side of the fish to ensure it cooks evenly over the fire. After this, I sprinkle the mackerel with salt and pepper both outside and inside.
To add flavor and aroma, I place lemon wedges and fresh chopped herbs such as dill and parsley inside each fish. I then wrap each fish in a separate piece of foil to keep them tightly packed. After this, I put the packaged fish on the fire and cook them for about 10-15 minutes on each side, turning them over from time to time.
When the fish is ready, the meat turns white and comes off easily with a fork. Serve fish with potatoes, vegetables or green salad for a complete dinner in nature. Bon appetit!
