Ingredients;
- About 14 chocolate cream buscuits
- Half cup of milk
- A teaspoon of baking powder
- A tablespoon of cornflour
- Two tablespoons of icing sugar
The method of making;
First of all, separate the chocolate cream from the chocolate cream biscuits.
Now blend the chocolate biscuits well.
Add a baking powder and mix well.
Now add milk little by little and process the mixture.
There is no need for 125ml of milk as the liquid mixture of a certain consistency that can be felt in the hand is the right term here.
Now apply oil in a pan of some size and keep an oil paper on it and oil it well.
Now add the chocolate biscuits to the mixture and thin it well so that it is everywhere.
Now cover it with a lid and bake this mixture on low flame for about six to seven minutes on one side.
Close the flame and bake the other side for about two minutes.
Keep it for cooldown.
Meanwhile, let's prepare the cream mixture for the spread. Add a tablespoon of milk to the chocolate cream.
Then add icing sugar with cornflour and mix all well.
A square shape is expected from this cake, so cut off the parts around it.
Separate right in the middle.
Spread the chocolate cream mixture in one portion.
Place the other part on top of it and spread the rest of the chocolate cream mixture on it.
I added some roasted cashew nuts for extra crunch and flavor.Place the prepared chocolate cream cake in the normal part of the refrigerator for about fifteen minutes.
After that, cut into pieces and let's taste.
