Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you,Good evening my dear friends. As usual, I wish you a more successful day tomorrow than today. You should be happy with your family. With your workplace, everything should be happy. We have rain today. So my dear friends, do you like dry sprats. Dry sprats tempura is a very tasty tempura. So today I added a dry dry sprats tempura to my recipe. I added different varieties to make it more delicious. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 250g dry sprats (The dried sprats have
been cleaned, their heads removed and
washed thoroughly.) - Two tablespoons of oil
- Four or five pods of green chillies
- About six of turkey berries
- Three cloves of garlic
- A few curry leaves
- A large onion
- Half teaspoon of lime juice
- 20g of roasted peanuts
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
The method of making;
First, clean the large onion very well and then chop them very finely.
Now chop the chopped onions very finely.
Cut the garlic into slices, the green chili into long strips, and the turkey berries into two.
Now place a pan on the stove, add two tablespoons of oil to it, and first add the garlic, which has been cut into slices.
When it turns light golden, add the chopped large onions.
Stir fry with minute.
Move it to the side of the pan and add the dry sprats.
Keep in the lower fire and stir it.
Add salt powder.
Then add curry leaves, green chillies and turkey berries.
Mix well.
Now add chili pieces and mix.
Now turn off the stove and add the roasted peanuts.
At last lime juice.
Mix everything well and remove from the heat.
This dried sprats tempura has a good taste, a good appearance, and a very good smell. It is also very nutritious. If you are a busy housewife or a working woman, and cooking every day is difficult for you due to your busy schedule, this will be a good solution. We can make this tempura in advance and keep it for later. It is also very nutritious, so I think the family will like it. Since we Asians like it a little spicy, you can change the chilies and make it as you like.
Warmly thanking you for reading.
