So, whenever I get the chance, I like to make and taste new recipes. Today, I am making this very sweet and delicious dessert. It can be made and tasted in a very short time, like 15 minutes. I think it is very suitable for evening tea. However let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- A cup of plain flour
- A cup of white sugar
- A half cup of grated coconut
- 1/4 cup of hot water
The method of making;
Fry the flour over low heat for about three minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant.
Remember to fry the grated coconut until all the moisture is gone. Do not fry it until it changes color.
Now let's prepare the tray by spreading butter.
Need to caramelize the sugar. To do this, add two tablespoons of sugar to a pan and caramelize it until it turns a normal golden color without stirring.
Now add the remaining sugar and dissolve it well over low heat.
Add the toasted flour.
Add the toasted coconut.
Then add 1/4 hot water.
Mix these ingredients well and mix on low heat for about four minutes.
Once the mixture has reached a non-sticky consistency in the pan, quickly remove it and place it on the prepared tray.
Once thinned, cut into pieces so that they do not separate.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut until light golden brown.
It looks and tastes just as good. This delicious sweet dish is made with less sugar. If you are a sweet tooth or someone who likes it sweeter, you can add another cup of sugar to this and make this delicious sweet dish very quickly.
