Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, Good morning dear friends. After spending a few busy days, I got a little rest now. Hope everyone has a wonderful day. And I think it's a successful day, the sun has risen very well today. Can work with enthusiasm. I came up with another delicious and different recipe from the art of loving, share it with my friends. In fact, I will teach you how to make one of my favorite dishes in my school life. That is 'sugar sambal bread'. To this day, this sugar sambola bread is a snack that I definitely eat when I go out. I don't know why it is so delicious. But I really like that food. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 250g of wheat flour
- 3g of yeast
- 250ml of coconut oil
- An egg
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Half tablespoon of sugar
- 50ml of boiled potato water
- Usually a slightly larger potato is boiled
For the filling;
- Usually cut two big onions
- A few curry leaves
- Finely chop a piece of pandan leaves
- A few pieces of cinnamon
- Cut two green chillies into small
pieces - Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
- Half teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of chilli powder
- A tablespoon of
The method of making;
Mash the boiled potatoes to a paste.
Now add 50ml of boiled potato water to this and dissolve it well.
Then add sugar and mix well.
Add salt and mix.
Add the egg in a separate bowl and then add it to this mixture.
Add yeast and stir it.
Now add flour little by little and make this dough. Since potato has been added, the dough may stick to your hands.
Add a tablespoon of oil and knead for a three minutes.
Cover and leave for about an hour to double in size.
Now let's make the filling. For that, add three table spoons of oil to a pan and when the oil heats up, add cinnamon,rampe, curry powder and chopped salt and stir for about two minutes.
Then add turmeric powder and salt and stir well.
Now add chopped green chillies, chilli powder and chilli pieces and stir fry.
**Stir in the sugar and remove from the heat to another bowl. **
Now add a teaspoon of oil on the tray to thin the flour and spread it.
Remove air bubbles from the doubled puffed dough and divide into two equal portions.
Divide to eight portions.
Now sprinkle some flour and take one ball and thin it to normal size. Sprinkle some flour on it.
Keep some of the sugar sambal filling.
Now fold all the circles inward.
Sprinkle some flour again and press by hand.
**
Cover again for about fifteen minutes.
Fry on low heat for about seven minutes until golden. The thing to be remembered is that it should be fried in very low flame. Because even though it is fried to get golden color around it, the flour inside should also be fried, so we have to fry all this on the lowest flame.
This sugary sambal bread is a wonderful match for a snack. And I think it fits the children's lunch box better. Because even for children who like to taste different foods, these ingredients have been changed. One of the foods that I often eat as a supplement is this sugar sambawala bread. Easy to make. Even if we don't have an oven, we can make it and taste it.
Warmly thanking you for reading.
