In the UK hotpot is associated with Lancashire. and is basically a dish with lamb and other ingredients and sliced potatoes on top baked in the oven.
Was going to say is it not a bit bland. But then you said it comes in a broth.
Yes, I found it a bit bland. I think that's why although the experience is fun, I didn't find it that tasty. Although the broth was good, the meat, veggies, and noodles were a bit bland in flavor. And yes, at least those fish balls I didn't like them, although in another place, I can give them another chance.
Your hot pot sounds interesting though.
Yeah I figured it always looked like boiled meat etc, which tends not to be flavourful. Oh well, we have to least do everyone once Super Eli 💙
