This recipe falls from heaven, almost a month ago I went to see the doctor for a general evaluation, and among several instructions he told me that I should avoid eating processed flours, ie bread, arepa or cookies 🤔 certainly the doctor is right because by avoiding the consumption of these foods I have felt better health BUT it is difficult to find side dishes that replace for example the bread for breakfast 🍞 😢
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, what I liked the most is that it uses easy to get and inexpensive ingredients, and that it is made in blender (you dirty few utensils!) 🧇 🥦 (✯ᴗ✯) extra points for the mention of satiety!
