This recipe falls from heaven, almost a month ago I went to see the doctor for a general evaluation, and among several instructions he told me that I should avoid eating processed flours, ie bread, arepa or cookies 🤔 certainly the doctor is right because by avoiding the consumption of these foods I have felt better health BUT it is difficult to find side dishes that replace for example the bread for breakfast 🍞 😢

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, what I liked the most is that it uses easy to get and inexpensive ingredients, and that it is made in blender (you dirty few utensils!) 🧇 🥦 (✯ᴗ✯) extra points for the mention of satiety!

Can you please share more recipes that are made with blender and are healthy?

Processed flours are increasingly full of chemicals, so the more natural we can make our preparations, the better. This recipe is delicious and very versatile. You can substitute the toppings for whatever you like: chicken, cheese, tuna, arugula, mixed lettuce, eggs...
Blender recipes are super practical. You can also substitute the spinach for other vegetables such as carrots, zucchini, Swiss chard...
