Warm greetings to all friends who make life in the kitchen, welcome to my blog❤️; today I bring you an easy and delicious recipe that I tried a few days ago at my friend @marijoha's house, I'm talking about the "Jamaica Flower Jelly".
For those who do not know, the hibiscus flower is a flower from the Caribbean, which has extraordinary medicinal properties and its tea or infusion is very good for controlling blood flow, diabetes, obesity, among others.
Without further ado, let's get down to work, for this recipe we will need:
Paso/Step 1️⃣
Take the hibiscus flowers and put them on the fire with plenty of water to obtain its juice, it is not necessary to cook it too much.
Paso/Step 2️⃣
While the flowers are cooling we proceed to prepare the unflavored gelatin, for this we will need to pour the sachet of gelatin in 7 tablespoons of water and mix.
Paso/Step 3️⃣
Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and place over low heat so that it dilutes but does not burn.
Paso/Step 4️⃣
We remove the flowers from the pot and with the help of a strainer we finish straining the juice left in the pot to avoid the remains of the leaves.
Paso/Step 5️⃣
Pour the strained juice into a plastic container and mix with the dissolved gelatin, sweetened with sugar to taste.

We take a small egg, open it and with the egg white and the help of a kitchen brush we paint the inside of the container; this is so that the mixture does not stick and we take it to the refrigerator to cool down.

After a few minutes remove from the freezer to pour the gelatin mixture.
Paso/Step 9️⃣
Finally pour the gelatin mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or less depending on the freezer.
After this time our jelly is ready, unmold and serve alone or with condensed milk.
