I love hot peppers too! Habeneros are awesome but don't grow well in my yard, I have grown Moruga Scorpions in the past but as I've gotten older my GI system doesn't like the heat as much. Those things are damn spicy! Habaneros really taste great, I usually have some in my fridge at any given point! Jalapeños almost grow like weeds in my yard, so I've stuck to them the last few years. I found a nice hybrid La Bomba II that tastes good and has a lot of heat, so many peppers I would like to grow and not enough garden space!
