RE: Last Jalapenos of the Season, Pickling Them Up!

Florida is looking more tempting to me every day to be honest. Everything is less expensive and the weather is great. Southern California has it's perks, but they are just becoming too expensive...

Pickled onions are always so good! Pickled eggs are good too, but I don't tend to ever have any of those around.

That's great that you got to take a walk down to the beach and enjoy the sun. Seals can be very noisy can't they? It's sounds like a nice getaway from the house to enjoy the sea air.

Where do your relatives live in Florida?

One thing I always found is that there are pros and cons everywhere. They are in central Florida about an hour north of Orlando. The traffic there has gotten like city traffic so that is a pain, and the whole cost of living has hit them.
So will see when go out there.

Miami is just too crowded as is Orlando. Even coastal areas along the central coast are pretty crowded, but that is right near the treasure coast with all the silver and gold! lol

Traffic is a pain, but I have that here. At least there gas would cost less and just about everything else! When are you heading over for a visit?

They said even where they are now is far too crowded. April or May something like that.

It's better than Orlando proper, that's for sure! April or May is a great time of year to visit, great weather and perfect to stroll those beaches!

Yeah Orlando was always busy, I hardly went there. Only through work and that was areas like Sanford.
