I've never been to a restaurant that serves Dim Sum, so I don't recognize most of the dishes. The two most intriguing, though, are the two shown below — especially the curious dish on the right! What is that...? 🤔

        The one to the left is Siu Mai. They are made of ground pork, shrimp, and fish roe (on top). The one on the right is called Egg Cream Buns. Just a different look to steam buns.
