Hello everyone, here on the Hive community blogging platform. It's a blessing that I can write again today. I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy.
It's a new week, and hopefully a one-week break for everyone.
On the 1st of October, it was my husband's and my anniversary, 14 years since we got married. I got a new toy to make some food. I'm so happy about it because I always wanted one.
The present he got me was an AIRFRYER. Oh yeah, I'm pleased about this lovely present. 👌🎉🥳
On Saturday, I must try to bake a banana bread, of course, in the air fryer. 🫠👌
Well, it worked.
Come scroll down and have a look at my lovely banana bread.
I only had 2 bananas. Those were ripe, I told my husband, let me make a banana bread with these 2 bananas.
I used an easy recipe what you need for the bread are:
• 125 ml of margarine
• 300 ml of sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 500 ml self-raising flour
• 2.5 ml salt
• 5 bananas (I only used 2)
• 2.5 ml vanilla ( (I didn't have vanilla)
The first thing to do is take a clean bowl and add the sugar and butter together, and mix them well. Then add the two eggs and mix them well.
In another plate, I took the bananas and smashed them with a fork.
I took the flour and added it to the sugar mixture, and added salt and the bananas.
I mixed everything with the hand blender. If it's too stiff, you can pour a little bit of milk; otherwise, if it's ready, it's not necessary. Spray the bucket well with spray and cook, and pour the mixture into the bucket and put it in for 50 minutes at 180°c °C.
After 50 minutes, u can just check if it's ready; otherwise, bake it for another 5 minutes.
When it's done, let it cool down and decorate it if you would like. I added some 1000 Island sprinkles. And there you go. My banana bread is in the air fryer.
You can make everything in the air fryer.
I love my air fryer haha.
Hope that everyone is having an awesome Wednesday.
God bless you all. I'm busy with my next post.
