Hello Foodies community, today I made a Special dish for the kids,And I want to show you my fun in the kitchen. Today I made homemade pizza. Because in my village no one sells this food, so I made it with whatever ingredients I had.
The kids are at school today, so I secretly made it for them.This is a surprise for them. Because they are very happy with pizza.
The last time we ate pizza was when we were still living in the city. Now we have moved to the village so we never buy pizza anymore.
In the village, no one sells pizza because not many people in the village like it.
So I study by myself at home
I didn't have many ingredients so I made it. With ingredients available at the nearest stall. With a little topping.
The ingredients are:
,1/4 Wheat flour
. 1 egg
. 2 sausages
. 2 slices of cheese
. 1/2 tablespoon Fermipan
. 2 tomatoes
. 4 tablespoon Chili sauce
. 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste
. 100 milliliters of water
Then add the fermipan,Into the flour, the function of the fermipan is to expand the dough .Insert Eggs, salt and water to taste. Stir by hand,Until the dough becomes smooth and is no longer sticky.
So this is what it looks like after kneading it with your hands.When it is no longer sticky to your hands, cover the dough using plastic or a dry cloth. Others, but I just use plastic.Let the dough rest for half an hour So that the dough rises first.
Cut the topping into pieces First.
Then take the Teflon pan and rub the teflon Pan with Oil so the dough doesn't stick. Flatten the dough on the teflon Pan.And after it is somewhat even, press the dough with a fork so that the dough can expand..and spread the dough with sauce evenly,Add toppings on top.For this dough you get 2 pizza doughs.
These are my the results of my cooking in the kitchen.I gave it to the children coming home from school ,they are very happy.even though the taste is not as good Restaurant made .The important thing is that the children like it.
