Homemade Economize Sausage roll.

I will like to show you how I made my economize sausage roll. If just have to try this, it taste so good.

Recipe:
2 cup of flour
Sugar (optional) 1 tablespoon
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Nutmeg
Milk flavor
Mix all dry ingredients together
1 egg ( take little egg white to brush the sausage roll)
Milk ( but optional)
Add butter to knead
Knead until smooth
Leave it to rest

For the filling:
If you are using hotdog, blend it add seasoning, onion and boil a little.

But in the absence of hotdog
Mix flour with Spicity and mix with little water and add a little seasoning.
After 15mins of rest knead again.
Cut into batches
Roll with rolling pin and put your filling inside it.
Use egg to brush the ready made dough, place in pan and put inside the oven to bake.

Measure your two cups of flour

Add salt

Add Sugar

Add baking powder

Add egg

Add little water

And knead

Add butter to knead

Knead again until smooth

Leave it to rest

Now for the filling:

Sieve your flour

Add your spicy

Add water

Mix together

Cut dough in batches and roll with rolling pin

Add your filling

Roll dough

Place in your tray and wash with egg whiten

Place in oven

Add allow to bake for 45min.
