So i woke up this morning craving for ripe plantain with egg sauce,since i had the necessary things at home i just procedded to prepare it.
Let's do it together 😁!!!!!!!
Ingredients
Onions
Fresh pepper
Tomato
Raw egg
Groundnut oil
Curry powder
Mix spices
Seasoning cube
Salt
Ginger flavour
Procedures
I started by washing and peeling my ripe plaintain ,sliced it in my desired shape and put it inside the pot then placed on fire to boil.
When it was done,i set it aside and went ahead to make my egg sauce just the way i craved for it.
I started by heating up my groundnut oil in the pan
I went in with my onions stire fried it for some minutes and
then added my tomato paste with pepper,stir fried it and covered to fry for some minutes
and next was my egg and the process contined and I then added all other incredients and allowed to cook for some minutes and boom 💥!!!!!our delicious 😋 egg sause is ready .......
I served it and trust me it was so palatable and i really enjoyed it.
