I took a long time frying all this meat, once it was ready, I put it aside while my daughter's husband, on the other hand, prepared some creams or sauces to dress these breads as well as chopping and cleaning the lettuce, while my daughter chopped the breads in half.
VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOLLa cual la utilicé mezclándola y hacer así una sola carne para los panes, una vez unida la carne con el chorizo, la condimenté y la sazoné al gusto y empecé a freír de manera alargada como los panes demoré un buen rato, friendo toda esta carne, una vez lista reserve mientras el esposo de mi hija, por otro lado, preparaba unas cremas o salsas para aderezar estos panes además de picar y limpiar la lechuga, mientras, por otro lado, mi hija, picaba los panes a la mitad.

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOLUna vez juntado todo esto, se empezaron a abrir los panes y a colocar la carne en adentro. Se procedió a echarle la lechuga y sus respectivas salsas para empezar a comer los famosos choripanes. Quedaron muy ricas porque eran unas salsas ya semi preparadas, ya que solo tienes que mezclarla con mayonesa únicamente y listo. Quedan muy ricas, cada uno devoró sus panes porque habían quedado demasiado ricos y las cremas lo complementaban, le daban ese toque de sabor especial.
