Delicious stir-fried Enoki mushrooms and sausages

in Foodies Bee Hive3 days ago

Hello friends in Foodies Bee Hive Community, dishes that have a delicious taste can increase a person's appetite, usually many people add certain flavorings to enhance the taste of a dish. I myself am one of those who do not use factory flavorings, I prefer to use lots of natural herbs and spices to add flavor to my cooking. Especially if the food ingredients that I will process already contain factory flavorings, then I will only add a few selected spices. Today I will cook Enoki mushrooms and sausages. I will share the recipe on how I make this dish.

The dish I made has a spicy taste because I used cayenne pepper, I only cooked the Enoki mushrooms and sausages by stir-frying them, but this simple dish has a distinctive, rich taste, this is because the Enoki mushrooms I used also act as a natural flavor enhancer. Usually I add pepper powder to my cooking, but because the stir-fried Enoki mushrooms were cooked with cayenne pepper, I didn't add pepper powder. I wanted the fresh and spicy taste of the cayenne pepper to be more pronounced.

If you don't have Enoki mushrooms, you can replace them with wood ear mushrooms or other mushrooms that have a soft texture.

Ingredients

200 grams of enoki mushrooms
300 grams of sausage
100 grams of cabbage
20 pieces of cayenne pepper
5 cloves of garlic
1 piece of Peking onion
3 tomatoes
2 stalks of leeks
2 tablespoons cooking oil
salt to taste
200 mL of water

I use peking onions which are larger in size, because Peking onions are larger and are suitable for stir-fried mushrooms.

cooking preparation

1.Wash the cayenne pepper, tomatoes, garlic and peking onions thoroughly

5.cut the cayenne pepper into small pieces. Friends, you can cut it into various shapes according to your taste, such as cutting it diagonally at an angle.

6.cut off the brown base of the enoki mushroom (this is part of the enoki mushroom growing medium). Usually the growing media for Enoki mushrooms is wood, corn cobs and also fermented tofu dregs.
