I have been wanting to share a wonderful, slightly different bread that I have been making at home for some time now. This is the bread made with red lentils, which turned out to be quite tasty and successful.

This bread is made without flour, is rich in protein and fiber, is rich in zinc, folic acid, iron, magnesium and is prepared very quickly and easily.
The ingredients are:
- 250 g red lentils
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp. yogurt
- 10 g. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- black pepper, thyme
I soak the lentils for 24 hours in water.
Then I drained the lentils and put them in a blender, where I added the rest of the ingredients. I blended until smooth.
I poured the mixture into a suitable container.
Sprinkled with raw pumpkin seeds.
I baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until cooked.
