Food is an important part of our existence that fuels our body system and keeps us going. I'm a big fan of food and snacks. I love good food, and the flavors are a delight to my taste buds. Talking about the satisfaction gotten from it, one avenue where I get such satisfaction is via snacks like chocolate that is usually delicious and yummy, and today I'll like to tell you about my favorite chocolate in response to the Inleo prompt in collaboration with the Foodies Beehive community.
One reason why I so much love chocolate is because right from the first bite you'll have an explosion of flavor and satisfaction, although often we men are told to stay off anything sweet for many reasons, and I do try to yield to that, but then once in a while I can't help but satisfy my craving for something different and unique, and that's where my favorite chocolate comes into the picture.
Among all the types and flavors of chocolate I've tasted, two stood out as being my favorites among them, and they're Mars and almond chocolate. These are just my kind of chocolate, and everything about them suits my preference for satisfaction. They are both richly black, or, show, I say, brown, which is just pleasing at first glance, coupled with an intense taste of cocoa, alongside a bittersweet aura that leaves me satisfied and longing for more.
The Mars chocolate is my favorite between both, and the reason for that is because it has something between both layers that's kind of crunchy and yummy; each bite also gives some kind of satisfaction when it melts in my mouth, and it's always a delight to eat it. Generally, chocolate is one flavor I love, and I remember sharing a recipe of how I made a chocolate flavor cake parfait here.
Most times before, even before having a bite, the aroma from the chocolate once you open the chocolate pack makes me want to lick it up already 😋. You know writing this makes me crave it already. Aside from the health benefits, just a bite of my favorite chocolate is enough to make my day. That's why kids always run after adults with chocolate. I remember how my little niece always reminds me to bring chocolate whenever I'm coming home. If you don't like chocolate, you are missing a lot already.
I really don't know where it's produced, although they've got a factory here in Lagos, but I don't really need to visit the factory before I can get it and get eat whenever I desire it; I can easily just pay a visit to one of the supermarkets in my neighborhood and get different chocolate, and as you can see, I've brought different flavors and brands in the past to pick which I'll like, and it was from there that I got to like the Mars and Almond chocolate, which are now my favorites.
