Chicken teryiake is always my go-to food and my "nearest" food to eat at school because there is a restaurant beside the campus that offers that kind of food. Teryiake caught my taste bud's favorite when I was in first year and until now I keep on coming back to the same restaurant. It waa an authentif restaurant even if they sell teryiake in low price. Yours is good too and I guess it is another version of cooking it. I love your concise and creative way of introducing us the ingredients and procedure. The final product is yummy. I wish I could go back to the restaurant but the earthquake took it. I hope they move to another area.
