RE: NIGERIAN FOODS vs ITALIAN FOODS

in Foodies Bee Hivelast year

I love how Italians eat in courses, It is the proper style of eating and there are some places it is observed in Nigeria like when you attend some meetings in top hotel restaurants, you get to eat all the courses available in small quantities to accommodate all, get ready to spend hours, hehe.

It is my first time seeing someone whose favourite food is okpa. Eating styles are based on dieting, training or even choice, as stated.

You said that,

Most Nigerian foods are cooked with much of spices which means too much of chemicals which are not really good for the body.

It is always good to be sure of what we eat. There are natural fresh spices and dried ones, some people may decide to use fresh ginger, garlic, nutmeg seed, cinnamon stick, fresh pepper, curry leaf etc. or they may do a homemade dried version, either way is safer.

By the way @jesus-son I can see a familiar face in your photo, he should be the tallest at the table.

This is an interesting post about food. Thanks for sharing.
