I honestly believe it is perfect for the Van 😂 I know most people don't agree but I did even bake cake in it. Mine is from Lidl and uses just 800 a 900 watt so it is usable in the van on the sunny days :)
Yes, I'd started looking at the power to see if we could buy one. But in the end, we could only use it a few times, at weekends and if the weather's nice. During the week, we have to work and really need our electricity.
That said, in addition to my solar system, I got myself a 2kwh capacity ecoflow battery for really cheap. So now I have a lot more storage. So why not...
