Hola amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, hoy comparto en está grandiosa comunidad, estos deliciosos BUÑUELOS DE YUCA Y MELAO DE PAPELON, en mí país esté tubérculo lo llamamos yuca en otros lugares se conoce como MANDIOCA. Es un alimento importante en nuestros platos, no sólo hacemos buñuelos, sino también casabe, tortas y quesillos y en las sopas no falta. En la preparación de esta receta recordé mí infancia ya que mí abuelita acostumbraba realizarlos para vender y eran muy demandados. Es una merienda saludable porque es totalmente hecha con productos naturales a excepción de la cocción que se usa bastante aceite para freírlos, económica porque los ingredientes son muy fáciles de conseguir y super económicos y super delicioso.
