Greetings Hive community, today I want to share with you a recipe that I had no idea how it would turn out, but after I made it the first time, my family asks for it a lot. It all came from the desire to eat a cordon bleu, however, I didn't have chicken milanesa, but just pieces of it, so I made it up there, I hope you like it.
INGREDIENTS
-Ham in slice.
-Cheese, if it is in slice and mozzarella, much better. But in my case, I used the normal one.
-Wheat flour
-Condiments.
STEP BY STEP
Step 1
With the chicken previously heated in water, it is well cooked, let it cool and then pass it through the food processor to make it super fine.
Step 2
Season those chicken boronas, in my case I used soy sauce, garlic sauce, salt, oregano and a touch of honey.
Step 3
After that, add a few tablespoons of wheat flour, only the amount necessary to make it a consistency in which the rolling pin can give it the shape, for this, also knead it for a while. With this part ready, separate into small balls, I get 5, because I make the dough of a thin thickness, so it is more toasted this rolled.

Step 4
I add a touch of flour on the table, so that the dough does not stick to it, and with the rolling pin I stretch the dough, the more circular the shape of the stretched dough, the better. I add the slice of ham and the pieces of cheese to the dough and roll it up, just like sushi.
Step 5
With the amount of rolls ready, I preheated the frying pan with oil, and put them in little by little. On top I added a little more soy sauce and oregano, it gives them a touch. They are turning little by little until they are golden brown, I burned them a little because I was distracted, but they still taste good.
RESULT
And when they are golden brown, they are served and can be served with any other food. It is very tasty and it is another way to make it with chicken, especially with my nephew who is very picky when it comes to eating it.

Saludos comunidad de Hive, el día de hoy les quiero compartir una receta que no tenia idea de como resultaría, pero luego de que la hice la primera vez, en mi familia lo piden mucho. Todo surgió por las ganas de comer un cordón blue, no obstante, no tenía milanesa de pollo, sino puros trozos de este, por lo que me la invente ahí, espero le guste.
INGREDIENTES
-Jamón en laja.
-Queso, si tiene en laja y de mozzarella, mucho mejor. Pero en mi caso, usé el normal.
-Harina de trigo
-Condimentos.
PASO A PASO
Paso 1
Con el pollo previamente calentado en agua, quedando bien cocido, lo deje enfriar, para así pasarlo en la procesadora para que quede super fino.
Paso 2
Condimentar esas boronas de pollo, en mi caso use salsa de soya, salsa de ajo, sal, orégano y un toque de miel.
Paso 3
Posterior a ello, agregarle unas cucharadas de harina de trigo, solo la cantidad necesaria para que quede en una consistencia en el que el rodillo pueda darle la forma, para ello, también la amase por un rato. Con esta parte lista, separo en bolitas, a mi me salen 5, porque hago la masa de un grosor fino, así queda más tostado este enrollado.
Aquí se fue la luz 😢
Paso 4
Agrego un toque de harina en la mesa, para que la masa no se adhiera a este, y con el rodillo voy estirando, mientras más circular quede la forma de la masa estirada, mucho mejor. En la masa, voy agregando la laja de jamón y los trozos de queso, para así enrollarla, tipo como se hace con el sushi.
Paso 5
Con la cantidad de enrollados listo, precalenté el sartén con aceite, y fui poniéndolos poco a poco. Encima le agregue un poco más de salsa de soya y orégano, le dan un toque. Se van volteando poco a poco hasta que queden dorados, a mi se me quemaron un poco por distraída, pero aun así saben rico.
RESULTADO
Y cuando estén dorados, se sirven y pueden acompañarlo con cualquier otra comida. Queda muy rico y es otra manera de hacer con pollo, sobre todo con mi sobrino que es muy quisquilloso a la hora de comerlo.
