Although it's winter on this side of the world, I wanted to have a fresh salad for dinner, so I decided to make this version that I've seen a lot lately.

It's quite simple to make and doesn't require any complicated ingredients. I think the most time-consuming part of the preparation is peeling the vegetables with a potato peeler, and although it's not necessary to do it that way, it looks nice and is easier for me to eat.

Hecho este paso, llevamos todo a una ensaladera o bowl y comenzamos a darle sabor, para ello vamos a agregar cada uno de los condimentos, empezamos por el limón, lo exprimimos y agregamos el zumo sin las semillas, luego la salsa de soya, el aceite, el vinagre y mezclamos todo muy bien, por último agrega sal a tu gusto, te recomiendo poner de a poco y vas rectificando el sabor .

Y para terminar agrega las semillas de sésamo, yo agregué dos cucharadas porque me gusta la textura y el sabor pero si no eres tan fan de este tipo de semillas puedes agregar solo una cucharada.
