🔹1/2 teaspoon salt.
🔹4 pieces of kaffir lime leaves.
How to make:
🔹peel all ingredients, such as shallots, turmeric, prepare all spices to be ground.
🔹chop green chili diagonally, cut kaffir lime leaves.
🔹measure coconut until finished.
🔹mash spices.
🔹put the grated coconut into the ground spices to be ground until crushed, add a little water.
🔹put the ground coconut into a frying pan without oil.
🔹add 1/2 teaspoon salt, stir well.
🔹add kaffir lime leaves and chopped green chili.
🔹add 50 grams of water.
🔹add dried shrimp that has been washed clean, stir well.
🔹cook until the shrimp is cooked and the dish dries up.
