Today, I’d like to introduce some delicious Korean fried chicken to you. To be honest, there are so many types now and so many different kinds are popular that I haven't tried every single one of them. However, I’m going to share some of the chickens that I’ve personally enjoyed eating.
안녕하세요, 라라❤️입니다. 오늘은 한국의 맛있는 치킨들을 소개해 드리려고 해요. 사실 종류가 너무 많아졌고 다양한 치킨들이 인기를 얻고 있어서 저도 100% 다 먹어보진 않았지만, 제가 즐겨 먹었던 치킨들을 소개해 볼게요.
Mom's Touch: Hot Cheese Big Thigh Boneless Chicken
This is a chicken from a burger brand called Mom's Touch that I often eat. The taste is great and the chicken is so tender, but the price is very "kind" (affordable) compared to other chickens, so I eat it often. As the name suggests, it’s a thigh meat chicken with a bit of spicy seasoning and plenty of cheese, and it’s so soft and delicious.
제가 자주 먹는 맘스터치라는 햄버거 브랜드의 치킨이에용 맛도 좋고 치킨도 너무 부드러운데 가격이 다른 치킨에 비해서 아주 착해요 그래서 자주 먹구요 말그대로 약간 매콤한양념에 치즈가 듬뿍 들어있는 다리살 치킨인데 너무 부드럽고 맛있어요
BHC Chicken Bburinkle
The second chicken is BHC Chicken's "Bburinkle." It can be considered a representative of Korean chicken. The signature "sweet and salty" powder is truly delicious, but the flavor doubles especially when you dip it in the sauce rather than eating it plain!!!I sometimes order cheese balls as a side dish to eat with it, or I order Bunmoja Rose Tteokbokki together; the combination is truly a work of art.
두 번째 치킨은 BHC 치킨의 "뿌링클"이에요. 한국 치킨의 대표라고도 할 수 있는 치킨인데요. 특유의 단짠 가루가 정말 맛있는데, 특히 그냥 먹는 거보다 소스에 찍어 먹으면 맛이 두 배가 돼요!!! 저는 사이드 메뉴로 치즈볼까지 시켜서 같이 먹기도 하고, 분모자 로제 떡볶이를 같이 시켜서 먹기도 하는데 정말 조합이 예술입니다.
Puradak Chili Mayonnaise Chicken
The third chicken I’d like to introduce is Puradak's signature Chili Mayonnaise Chicken. The way the jalapeños balance out the mayonnaise sauce creates a fantastic "sweet, salty, and spicy" charm. Since it is oven-baked and then fried again, the meat is incredibly tender and delicious. The harmony of the jalapeños cutting through the richness of the mayonnaise is simply the best.
3번째 소개해 드릴 치킨은 푸라닭의 시그니처 고추마요치킨입니다. 마요네즈 소스를 할라피뇨가 어떻게 잡아주는지 맵단짠의 매력이 아주 좋고요. 오븐에 구운 뒤 다시 튀기기 때문에 고기도 아주 부드럽고 너무 맛있어요. 마요네즈의 느끼함을 할라피뇨가 싹 잡아주는 조화로움이 최고입니다.
Zicoba Seasoned Roasted Chicken
The fourth one is Zicoba Seasoned Roasted Chicken. Zicoba is famous for being a chicken that you eat with rice. It’s oven-roasted and then stir-fried in a special sweet and spicy sauce; eating it with rice is called "Chibap," and it’s truly delicious.
4번째는 지코바 양념구이치킨인데 지코바 치킨은 밥과 함께 먹는 치킨으로 유명해요. 오븐에 구운 치킨을 특제 매콤달콤한 양념에 볶아서 밥과 함께 먹는 '치밥'이라고 불리는데 정말 맛있어요.
bhc Kwasaking
This is bhc Kwasaking. You could call it a new menu item compared to other chickens, but why is it called Kwasaking? It's so delicious because the rice-puff-like crunches attached to the surface of the batter pop in your mouth, and the batter is thin yet stays crispy for a long time without getting soggy. In particular, there's a sauce that goes perfectly with Kwasaking, and the harmony with that sauce is a masterpiece. It's also incredibly tasty when eaten with Bunmoja Rose Tteokbokki. It’s a combination you can trust.
bhc 콰삭킹이에요. 다른 치킨에 비하면 신메뉴라고도 할 수 있는데 왜 콰삭킹이냐? 튀김옷 겉면에 붙은 쌀 튀밥 같은 크런치가 입안에서 터지는 재미가 있고 튀김옷이 얇으면서 바삭함이 오래가고 눅눅하지 않아서 너무 맛있어요. 특히 콰삭킹에 맞는 소스가 있는데 소스와의 조화도 예술이고, 또 분모자 로제 떡볶이와 함께 먹어도 너무너무 맛있어요. 믿고 먹어요.
Hosigi Double Chicken Soy Sauce and Spicy Soy Sauce Chicken
This time, it's Hosigi Double Chicken's Soy Sauce and Spicy Soy Sauce chicken. The Soy Sauce chicken is already famous, and the Spicy Soy Sauce is a new menu item, but it's really delicious. Especially the soy sauce one, you probably already know how good it is without me even saying. I ordered it as wings and drumettes, and it was so delicious that I ate it all.
이번에는 호식이두마리치킨의 간장치킨과 매운간장치킨이에요 간장치킨은 이미 유명하고 매운간장은 신메뉴로 나온건데 진짜 맛있어요 특히 간장은 이미 그냥 말안해도 아실거에요 저는 윙봉으로 주문을 했는데 너무 맛있어서 다 먹어버렸어요
Fried Good (Hu-Cham) Half-and-Half Chicken Fried and Seasoned
It's half-and-half seasoned and fried chicken from "Fried Good" (Hu-Cham). I also ordered soy sauce on the side, so I sometimes dip the fried chicken in it. I used to eat here often because of the great value, but the prices have been going up lately, so I don't eat it as much now. Still, it's delicious.
후라이드참잘하는집에 반반치킨으로 양념과 후라이드에요 그리고 간장 소스를 따로 주문을 했구요 후라이드먹다가 간장소스에 찍어먹기도해요 후참잘은 가성비가 좋아서 자주 먹는데 지금 계속 가격이 오르고 있더라구요 그래서 지금은 잘 안먹고 있어요 그래도 맛있어요
This is Mom's Touch chicken leg.
I introduced Mom's Touch once above, and it's a burger joint. However, they are serious about their chicken, so they sell chicken too, and I noticed they even sell pizza now. When I want chicken but don't want to eat a lot, or when I can't finish a whole chicken, I sometimes just order a single chicken leg. The frying is crispy, the meat is tender, and I'm satisfied.
맘스터치는 위에 한번 소개를 드렸는데 햄버거 가게입니다 그런데 치킨이 진심이라 치킨도 함께 판매를 하는데 지금은 피자도 함께 판매하고 있더라구요 치킨은 먹고싶은데 많이 먹고싶지 않을 때 한마리를 시키면 다 먹지 못할때 그럴때 닭다리 하나만 시켜서 먹기도해요 튀김이 바삭하고 고기도 부드럽고 만족해요
Nene Chicken Gochu Basasak
This is the Gochu Basasak from Nene Chicken that I ate most recently. Since it’s oven-roasted chicken leg meat, it's very light and tender, while the thin coating is crispy and sprinkled with chili powder. It's especially delicious when dipped in the sauce. I ate it with my younger siblings, and they said it's in their top 5 favorite chickens.
가장 최근에 먹었던 네네치킨의 고추바사삭입니다. 오븐에 구은 닭다리살이라 너무 담백하고 부드러운데 얇은 튀김이 바삭하고 고추가루가 뿌려져 있어요 특히 소스에 찍어 먹으면 정말 맛있는데 동생들과 함께 먹었습니다. 동생들은 치킨 top5안에 든다고 하네요
Honey Combo chicken is another one of my absolute favorites, but I couldn't find a photo to upload. There are so many different types of chicken in Korea that deciding what to order is always a struggle. I'll keep trying and introducing more varieties of chicken in the future.
제가 정말 좋아하는 치킨으로 또 허니콤보치킨도 있는데 사진을 찾지 못해 올리진 못했어요 한국에는 이렇게 다양한 치킨들이 많이 있어서 항상 뭘 시켜 먹을지가 고민이 되는거같아요 앞으로 다양한 치킨을 또 먹어보고 소개해드릴게요
