Yes, until now, sometimes anxiety still appears at certain times, although is is rare, but I always try to be strong and not dwell on anxiety which in the end will only harm myself.
Once again, positive thoughts are very important and play a role :)

I used to have panic attacks, it really takes time and sometimes it may seem like a neverending battle against anxiety. Good thing is we get to develop coping mechanisms.
