Many curries were cooked at home today, which were very tasty. So I thought to share these dishes with you.
Hearing about Hilsa fish makes our tongue water. The taste of hilsa is not only to eat, but also its smell is a special attraction. So fried hilsa fish and potato curry with hilsa fish, both are favorite of Bengalis.
Hilsa Fish Fry Recipe:
Generally, hilsa fish fry does not require a lot of ingredients.
- Materials:
Fresh hilsa fish
turmeric powder
salt
Mustard oil.
- Method of preparation:
First, wash the hilsa fish well and drain the water.
After that apply turmeric powder and salt and keep it for 10-15 minutes. Heat mustard oil in a pan and drop the fish one by one. Fry until golden on each side. The taste of this fried hilsa is good to eat, it is also fun to eat with hot rice.
Potato Curry with Hilsa Fish:
Potato curry with hilsa fish is very easy to make. It is delicious to eat, especially with hot rice.
- Materials:
Hilsa fish
Potatoes (medium size, sliced)
Onion batter
garlic paste
ginger batter
Tomato paste
turmeric powder
Chilli powder
salt
Mustard oil
cumin
- Method of preparation:
Heat mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Then fry the masala well with onion, ginger, garlic, and tomato batter.
When the oil leaves the masala, add turmeric and chilli powder and fry again.
Now mash all the ingredients with potato and hilsa fish.
Cover with plenty of water.
When the potatoes are cooked, remove them.
Even though these recipes are simple, the hilsa tastes so good that you will be satisfied with every bite.
