The situation...
The perfect is the enemy of the good, I agree to always point in the right direction, learn to be more and more skilled in what we do, with enough humility, to recognize when it is time to change strategies without considering it a frustration or a failure, but a new way to grow and advance.
The reasoning...
Drawing up a 16-week plan is the way to evaluate that progress you are talking about, while you have to believe in the process, because every day you have to fulfill the planned activity or relate why it changed or was not fulfilled.
At the end the result will be known and it will evaluate, which new variable we got, to continue or not to move forward, to totally change or to remake the idea... in short, the learning, the constancy and discipline of the day to day is giving its fruits and is directing the actions.
Phew, I am writing this to you Ms. @joanstewart because in the last months of the year 2024 and what is in progress of this year 2025 I have learned that changes in a person's life happen quickly, incidentally, without asking questions.
Let's go...
And although the year does not matter, what matters and is valid for us women, and men too, is to be aware of what we want, where we are going... With which tools, techniques, protocols, ways of doing it; that's all documented, the initial work is very personal.
Last but not least, this is the time to raise our heads, to remember that we are not women in crisis, that we face it in order to move forward. To demonstrate with work and dignity the women that we are, that we are not just the past, we are the future and that that future is being built.
That there are difficult paths, yes, but also immense achievements. That even with everything against, dreams come true.
If we have a dream, we have to make it a goal. And a goal requires strategy, work, persistence. I don't know about waiting for the world to recognize us, but about taking every step with the certainty that we will get there. This is how I built success and this is how my dreams come true.
And today, thanks to this proposal in the Ladies Of Hive weekly contest, you remind me of it. Infinite gratitude.
