Now that I'm getting older eating healthy is something I try to do, I became more interested in gut health after watching a mini documentary on YouTube that said it affects everything from your mood to your immune system. Fermented foods are also helping me a lot especially when I eat yogurt regularly even though I don't really like the taste, it's a shame we have to be so careful about what we eat these days but at least there are tasty healthier options that make it a little easier to stick to.

I don't like plain yoghurt much but it's nice with Curry's and if I mix it in smoothies or with some honey and berries it's delish!!!
