From childhood,I'm always eating junks and I prefer junks and drinks than eating a good meal.my parents always complain, they try to make me eat swallow,grain and other meals prepared at home but i do waste them.as time goes on,i started to eat cereal,so it was only cereal, milk and junks I eat everyday.
while growing up,I went to a boarding school where we don't cook and the provisions i took to school was not much.
In the first week,I didn't eat In the dining hall at all I was just eating my provisions,I noticed that I have almost finished my Cornflakes and milk within a week and we still have two months before mid term break so,i had no choice than to eat what was served in the dining hall.
Gradually,I started to develop interest in meals that was served in the dining hall. Although I still select the one's I like but later I ate all the meals because I had no choice.if I don't eat the food,my provisions won't last till the end of the term.
When I graduated,i started preparing different meals and I learnt some on the Internet.Now I'm on the healthy team I eat what is healthy,I eat more of Vegetables.
Vegetables offer numerous health benefits due to there rich source of vitamins,minerals and antioxidant.it helps to lower blood pressure,improve digestion,support a healthy immune system and even aid in weight management.
we can't get all this benefit in junks food.some junks food causes high blood pressure and cholesterol.
I have once been a junks lover and I can boldly say that eating healthy is better than junk food.
