I do not see that option I only see send tip and downvote maybe because I do not have another account?
You need probably to have at least two accounts in your keychain wallet to see it activated.
I think you should add all the accounts on your keychain for this to work. Some users like me do not have our pw and keys ready thus I rarely use it
