someone reminded me that alpha vials on @holozing have kind of worked like miners over time. The person in question had noticed that he had received 80%+ APR by buying an alpha vial on day 1 and earning zing from it over time.
Unopened or opened ones too?
Ok, read it again, I was sure I read this in the past, but didn't remember anymore.

It has shifted over time, currently unopened ones only give out 30% zing compared to items (i.e. opened vials).
Makes sense... otherwise, people would not play or could promote mass ownership without much playing, which would not be bad per say, but not ideal.
