Yeahh I get that. Especially when we have a routine of what to do so we feel like it's still productive as usual and it's no longer that.
Do you think the guilt feeling while resting or break is actually subconscious or comes based on what we have on our desk to sort

It comes based on how we have programmed our minds. If you always want to get things done at once and you rest in-between. The guilt will come like "why are you resting when you still have a lot to do

Hmmmm that's so true and I can actually testify to that. So when it's a case of you always finding time to rest no matter what, the guilt feeling won't come?

Hmm that's nice. I'm trying to work on that habit too. Rest when the body gives the signal, it doesn't count me as being wasting time being idle

Rest when you body need it now so the rest won't be forced later. May we not fall sick
