I spent 30 minutes jumping rope, and my God... I'm exhausted! It's so much more tiring than walking fast or running in a specific rhythm. I found my new exercise,I guess,at least while I don't have so much time. Every day, 30 minutes, can I do it? Well, I will just try. #life

I'm going to the gym now for two hours of powerlifting, which also comes down to 30 minutes of movement, with a lower impact.

Sure, it is a good workout.

30 minutes seems quite a lot! I think walking fast for 30 minutes is easier lol. But the intensity generated from jumping is probably better to try out when one is short of time.

Walking is definitely easier, haha. But because of the time constraints, doing 30 minutes of intense exercise works better for me.
