Such walks and activities are sometimes the fire we need to rekindle ourself to the potentials we need to harness to get to our set goals or objectives.
Absolutely agree. The days I can't go for a walk I feel worse, the body asks for movement and that affects the mood.
What a feeling. Indeed , your body system have adjusted to that pattern. It is great that you are listening to the signs and walking towards consistency in the lifestyle you have chosen.
