Is there such a thing? The UK stopped burning coal for electricity a few years back.
Haha nooo... its just something Trump said. Coal is a horrible pollutant. But Trump hates windmill and solar, so he said that were going to produce clean coal.
He's a useful idiot for the fossil fuel industry. People need to say when he is talking rubbish and that is most of the time.
